The Best Black Bean Burgers

Make these killer Black Bean Burgers!

Blend the following ingredients together using either a potato smasher or a food processor.

-3 Cups Cooked Colorado Dry Black Beans(for more info, see our blog post on how to prep Dry Beans)

-1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs

-1/2 Grated Onion

-1 Tbs. Garlic

-1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley

-1 tsp. Cumin

-1 tsp. Onion Powder

-1 tsp. Chili Pepper

-11 oz. Green Chillies

-1 egg

-Salt and Pepper to taste

Form into patties and cook on a pan with olive oil for 5-6 minutes per side.
